Site plans for the financier's secluded tropical island among the photographs.
Also featured in this new document disclosure seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the American territory.
Jeffrey Epstein acquired a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had drawn up plans to build upon the sprawling island by erecting residences, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
Visible on the blueprint is a channel, a waterway in the region, noted on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is marked up in notations in red and includes a notes section labelling various areas of the land.
Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be nine other property layouts and engineering blueprints, featuring layouts for dock shelters.
Further documentation released as part of the ongoing investigative disclosure.
